I am curious if anyone could help put a figure on what is medically classed as heavy cannabis use?

No classification...: I know of no medical term that defines "heavy cannabis use". The amount, variety and purity of the cannabis will determine the effect it will have on a person. A chronic user will not feel the same way as a first time user smoking a joint. The younger you are when you start smoking marijuana the higher the risk for developing dependence and/or psychosis.
