This is something!!!: I sincerely doubt that you have been having menstrual cramp since the age of 6? Maybe 16? If since 16 or the early years, menstrual cramps (primary dysmenorrhea) are quite common and can be quite severe for some. If it is cyclincal and not getting worse, you should be ok. Nevertheless, there are medications to help with your cramps. Please check with your doc.. Good luck..

Cramps: Take 800 mg of advil (ibuprofen) every 6 hours. Cramps are common. See your obgyn to make sure there is not another problem.
