Do you think i should go to the dentist about this white spot on gum line?

Yes: A white spot could be a pre-cancerous lesion. Best to have it looked at.

Unfortunately, None: Most likely, it's nothing serious. However, even with dangerous oral diseases and conditions, there are no symptoms in the early stages. Any sore that doesn't go away in a couple of weeks needs to be examined. Any area that changes color, itches, bleeds, or becomes raised and/or rough needs to be seen too. So, if it's been two weeks, see a dentist/oral surgeon/ENT right away. Don't take chances.
