How can i tell my parents that i think i have testicular cancer?

I have a lump: If you are feeling a lump, you should tell them you feel a lump in your scrotum. You should see your doctor who may send you to a urologist. Tests such as a scrotal sonogram will likely be ordered. There are cysts and other issues (hydrocele, varicocele, feeling the epididymis) that can occur in the scrotum so it does not definitely mean cancer when you are feeling a lump.
