You get treated!: You get evaluated for the extent of the disease. Usually, there will be ct scans of the abdomen and chest to look for evidence of spread. The diseased testicle will be surgically removed. You will usually be put on chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Prognosis is usually good. Good luck.
