Maybe.: Maximum dose is 800mg up to 4 times daily. This is 3200mg daily, so 18k mg is 5.6 times the daily max. Individual response is quite variable, so hard to know lethal dose. Kidney failure would be expected- this can be survivable- but may require lifelong dialysis. There have been rare reports of bleeding in stomach/intestines, seizures, coma, liver failure, cardiac rhythm problems.
