Caffeine withdrawal: Sudden caffeine withdrawal headaches can be a problem for quite a while. You can go back to an amount of caffeine and reduce the dose slowly. You can use over the counter analgesics such as ibuprofen, Acetaminophen or naprosyn (naproxen) (aleve).
