A member asked:

Is it okay to chew caffeine gum to ward off a withdrawal headache?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Chewing gum releases saliva and helps decrease cavities. Make sure the gum does not contain a sugar because the sugar will feed the bacteria that cause cavities.
