Here is one: Anecdotal evidence has promoted apple cider vinegar douches for vaginal health. The general rule is 1 teaspoon vinegar to 2 cups water used as a douche. A stronger mixture may "burn" the vagina so dilution is important. Vinegar is a weak acid & helps reset the vaginal ph back to 4.0 where it belongs. Plain yogurt douches may help as well with no need to dilute yogurt.

Check up: Bv usually needs to be treated by prescription antibiotics. If you have frequent recurrences, talk to your doctor about possible ways to balance your pH and keep the vaginal bacteria in better balance. Some people used over the counter products such as rephresh or luvena. Some physicians use vaginal suppositories containing boric acid, but these need to be made by a compounding pharmacist.

Boric Acid?: I would recommend the standard treatment of oral or vaginal flagyl.
Intravaginal boric acid 600 mg at bed time provides symptomatic relief. The frequency can be gradually decreased to once or twice a week. You could try a probiotic preparation such as vsl #3 with 110 billion colonies of probiotic bacteria per capsule, but this therapy is unproven.
