Maybe a little: Depending on exercise type, it takes certain amount of muscle energy/caloric energy to perform. As you do it more often, the body may become more efficient at doing it, so may potentially use less energy. Also your muscle mass may change. In general, it is recommended to alter your regimen periodically - also more interesting :o).
