The nodes in the armpit area have lymphatics that spread over a specific region that suggests an infection, trauma, or other inflammatory reaction in that area. If the problem is temporary may pass in a short time. If the nodes become extremely painful & the problem is not improving or other severe symptoms, seek medical attention.
