5-7 times: It is healthier to give your body several meals a day. It is more efficient that way. I recommend 5-7 a day. Small breakfast, snack, small lunch, snack, small dinner, evening snack. I would have to defer to the psychologists/psychiatrists for the bulemia question.

Do you binge/purge?: Probably not healthy. Do you binge when you eat, and purge? Bulimia is eating large amounts in a short time (bingeing) and compensating by purging by vomiting, laxatives, over-exercising or restricting. People with bulimia also are preoccupied with their weight and feel shame and guilt about their behavior. You may be restricting, which is anorexia, but more info is needed for an assessment.
