Diet: To recover from binging/purging, and prevent subsequest episodes...Activate metabolism by eating a protein serving (size of your palm)+complex carbs every 2-3 hrs/day. Sprinkle 3 fruits, 4veggies, at least 3 tsp butter/olive oil and 3 servings milk (greek yogurt, etc.) include gatorade, banana or orange tfor potassium. Seek help! you can get better with help!
