Need more info.: Where is it? Is it itchy or painful? Is it the only one, or are there more? How long have you had it? This would be a good issue for a virtual consult with an uploaded picture for evaluation.

Usually: means lymphatic "spread" of an infection..get it checked out with "hands on" examination you may require antibiotics! Hope this helps! Dr Z
