What is the probability of a 15 year thigh lump turning cancerous?

By turning: Cancerous, do you know by biopsy during these observational years that it was not cancer/sarcoma? Sarcoma especially of the thigh can be very slow grwing and indeed transmorph from benign elements to malignant, liposarcoma for one, and some fibrosarcomas as well.
