My anterior superior iliac spine seems to be prickin me...also i have pain around the heel...i am 38 years old?

Hip/Foot Connection: Prinkling sensations are nerve. These nerves can run down from the back across the front of the hip into the foot. Nerve pain in your foot typically has no swelling associated. You do not need to have back pain to have this problem. See a neurologist or physiatrist to check this theory out. They can also be quite separate issues with the painful heel more of an issue right now. Dr rich blake.
