Bursitis: One of the most common problems in our age of keyboarding all day long is this problem. An injury occurs and then no healing comes because of our repetitive motions holding up our arms and moving our fingers for hours. The only healing comes with rest. Sometimes repositioning hands, and changing the mouse hand helps. But one to two weeks rest is necessary!
