A member asked:

Does not drinking sufficient water lead to peeling and somewhat scaly skin around the fingers?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: This represents a dermatitis which may be a contact allergy. You may be touching something at work or home that is causing fingers to peel. Hydrocrotisone may help. Stronger creams and allergy testing is available form dermatologist.
