This is the second month straight of having midcycle bleeding. it's heavier than spotting, could it be ovulation bleeding or something more serious?

Possibly something else: Most people don't have ovulatory bleeding midcycle. If the bleeding is quite heavy midcycle possibly a hormonal imbalance exists. Also other abnormalities such as a polyp or a fibroid inside of the uterus may be the cause.
