My son is thirteen.what would make his nipple puff up then shrink back down.took him to dr cause he has litttle lump there.they said take mortin ?

Puberty: Boys will often get some growth underneath her nipple during puberty. This usually lasts a couple of months when goes away. Sometimes it occurs in both breasts at the same time, sometimes only one breast, sometimes in one breast and then in the other. Sometimes it's painful and Motrin will help.
