Not ususual: During your run, your adrenal glands were producing a large amount of Epinephrine (aka adrenalin) which doesn't disappear the moment you stop running. The heart is highly stimulated (normal). Extra systoles in cool down are quite common and not, by themselves, a cause for alarm or indicative of disease. The fact that you are able to go for a run, immediately puts you in a more favorable group!
