What diet medication do you recommend some one too take that is safe an effective?

None: Almost every diet med is a stimulant which cannot be taken over the long run without side effects. Long lasting weight loss has only been achieved with 3 meals a day minimum, usually high in fruits & vegetables with some protein like chicken or fish, some whole grains, like quinoa, plenty of water, and moderate daily exercise. Figure the # & size of meals by satisfaction and weekly weight loss.

No Diet Pills Work: There are no diet medications that lead to real and lasting weight loss. But, don't they try to hook you in and charge you a lot of money. Please do not be gullible or prolong the only and real way to lose weight with life style and food changes. If there was a real diet pill that worked it would be talked about on every show, dispensed at every clinic and available everywhere.
