Neuropathy: Alcohol induced neuropathy isn't cured but rehabbed and maintained. At this time, there isn't a cure but obviously stopping alcohol consumption is a first step. Usually pt/ot is needed as well as bracing but there isn't a cure.

Foot drop: This is a qualified yes. Tests would need to be done to evaluate the extent of associated nerve damage and the like. Seeking counseling to stop drinking - best of luck
