Albuterol side effec: It does have positive and negative effects. Albuterol is most frequently used to treat asthma and certain respiratory illnesses where it dilates lower respiratory tract structures allowing for easier breathing. But it also can cause side effects such as allergic reactions, increase in heart rate, hand tremors, even heart attacks in frequent users with underlying heart problem.
