No health insurance: Anxiety is serious, or at least as serious as it interferes w/your life. Just because you don't have health insurance doesn't mean you can't get good quality health care at low cost, even free. Avoid tobacco alcohol etc.

Alternatives: It is a serious matter, but it might be possible to find low cost or free things that might help some. If you have a community center, they might have activities that could help - exercise, meditation, chronic illness (like anxiety) self-help classes. These are also online - like this one: http://restartliving.Org/ your church may have activities, etc., etc. Good luck!
