Stuffy nose: I am not sure why you have "stuffiness" on one side every day, however, there is erectile tissue in the nasal membranes similar to the erectile tissue in our sex organs. These tissues when stimulated can give you the sensation of stuffy nose, however it usually vacillates back and forth rather than staying put. You may need to see an ENT to determine if you have septal damage or deviation.
