Sinus: This is possible or you could have a chronic infection. It would be best to see an ENT doctor for evaluation and definitive treatment.

Chronic Sinusitis: There are many causes for the symptoms you're experiencing. You need to see an ENT to clinch the diagnosis. Other things it could be include: acute bacterial sinusitis on top of an allergic rhinosinusitis, or a superimposed viral infection on an allergic rhinosinusitis, or other less common things. Chronic sinusitis by guidelines requires ct findings + major / minor criteria. See an ent.
