Possible UTI: Pressure with urination is classic sign of urinary tract infection, pain in what you think is an ovary might be a kidney. You need to have your urine checked by a doctor asap. F your urine is clean, you also need a pelvic exam to rule out gynecological problems. On't delay - an untreated infection can go to the kidneys and become very serious.
