Need pelvic exam: There are several infections that can cause pelvic pain and discharge without odor. It is also possible to have a urinary tract infections without pain on urination. It is best for you to be seen, have your urine checked and get a pelvic exam to rule out any infections.

Vaginitis or worse: What you are describing could be consistent with a vaginitis such as trichomoniasis (Trich) or bacterial vaginosis (BV) but, with the pelvic pan, could also be concerning for an STD like chalmydia or gonorrhea. Would recommend seeing a gynecologist for a more detailed workup.
