Why are my lymph nodes swollen on my left inner thigh?

Infection: From a rash in the area or an infection draining into that lymph node basin. If these nodes are significant in size you must see doctor to identify cause of lymph node enlargement. A biopsy of the lymph nodes may be indicated if an infection can not be identified.
