I start today so itchy in my rigth nipple! can somebody tell me what can be?

Could be eczema: Or an infection or skin condition. Is there any redness. Did you get an insect bite? Fungal infection is unlikely. If it persists you should see your doctor. I assume there is no nipple discharge.
