I suppose so: Breast is mostly fibroglandular tissue and fat. The muscle is deep the the breast. If your pain is in the breast itself it might be from a cyst or perhaps a mass. Is the pain in one area and if you do self exam do you feel any mass or hard immovable lump? If so you should see a gynecologist or breast surgeon.
