Not a fish problem!: Wpw is a syndrome involving the conduction (electrical) system of the heart. On the other hand, most heart conditions (at least in the us) involve blocked arteries which omega-3 is supposed to be good for. In my opinion, ablative therapy is far more effective for problematic WPW than omega-3 or any other available option.
