Common: Nexplanon can cause irregular vaginal bleeding. If the bleeding is not heavy, chances are it will lighten up eventually. If it is moderate to heavy, call doc. You may even need to have Nexplanon out.

Normal: Nexplanon can have abnormal bleeding as a common side effect. However, your doctor can help you if the bleeding doesnt get better.
