NO: Sperm can only fertilize an egg when introduced into the genital tract (vagina). Swallowing sperm does not place it in this area. The sperm are killed by the acidity in the stomach. No need to worry about pregnancy.

Sperm and pregnancy: When you swallow things they should stay inside the GI tract (the pipe from your mouth to your anus). The sperm are all probably killed in the hostile environment of the stomach, but even if they made it past the stomach, they still are trapped inside the GI tract. If you're a man and swallowing sperm (your profile says m) , you cannot get pregnant. If it's your sperm, she won't get pregnant.
