No Contraindication: The elements of co-codamol (paracetamol and codeine) do not have any known interaction. You should be fine to take them together. If you develop any allergic reactions such as lip or throat swelling, skin redness, welts, itching or shortness of breath, contact your md and take an antihistamine (benadryl (diphenhydramine) et al.).
