My stomach has been hurting for about 48 hours. it is a dull ache and not exactly nauseating. eating, drinking, and waste seem to be normal.

Stomach ache: It could be indigestion (some food didn't agree with your stomach and is sitting there and irritating it), or it could be gastritis (stomach lining inflammation) or ulcer (although, usually it's more symptomatic than just pain). Blend food (avoidance of caffeine, fried, fatty foods) is recommended. Fluids (water) should be pushed. Zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid may help. If worse, see doc.
