See your doctor: You are having cramping pains but no bleeding? There are other organs in the pelvis that can cause the sensation of pain/cramps. Specifically, the colon and the bladder. Any changes in your bowel habits? Any burning when you urinate or leaking of urine? If this pain persists you should see your doctor for an evaluation. If you are having vaginal bleeding then definitely see your doctor.
