Let's ask if: Your family is hirsute or naturally hairless, and if you have other "normal" body hair on head, armpits and pubic zone. If your secondary sexual characteristics are typical, it is less likely for this to be androgen deficit. Easy enought to go to an internist or urologist and go from there.
