Possible: As long as you are having sex you can get pregnant. Of course contraception decreases the chances but it is still possible. Abstinence is only 100% way of not getting pregnant.

Depends: Using the condom method correctly is quite effective.That entails suiting up as soon as the male is erect and before any intercourse, with a new condom for any renewed activity. The pull out method reduces your risk some but not much, since any semen produced by the penis can carry enough sperm do cause pregnancy, not just the main load.
