A member asked:

Is it true that the chance of conceiving twins is higher after a recent miscarriage?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: I've never hear that statistic before. Twins have a genetic susceptibility (meaning they run in families). Being older at conception (like late 30's) also increases chances. To my knowledge pregnancy after a miscarriage doesn't increase chance.
