How to get Pregnant: A female can get pregnant if two events happen simultaneously, first she must ovulate and second she must be exposed to fresh semen/sperm inside of the vagina. You begin counting your cycles with day one the first day of your period. When you ovulate is something you have not shared with us here to determine your risk of pregnancy. But ovulation is not usually on the day after your period ends.
