Needs evaluation: Lots of options and need full history and exam and perhaps testing. Stomach, gall bladder and other issues can occur even in young people.

Variable issue: This could be as simple as heartburn or a significant gi, chest wall, heart or other issue. If minimal symptoms it can be watched, if interfering with activities i would have her see her pcp during regular office hours.

Been having epigastric pain for years. Had partial gastrectomy 2015 for stomach ulcers now pain is really bad again. Having a HIDA scan, I dont have a gallbladder so not sure how it works. Can anyone explain the procedure 4 some1 with no gallbladder?
