Medical evaluation.: If you get headaches associated w sleep, poor quality sleep and you are having leg cramps- have you been medically evaluated? I would see your primary care provider. He or she might need to refer to a sleep medicine specialist. If that is the case, a polysomnograph might be needed. In the meantime use good sleep hygiene. 1. Keep a regular bedtime & wakening time (to include weekends). Get up.
