OCD: Please seek evaluation and treatmemt by a psychiatrist who is experienced in ocd management (medication and cbt for ocd). If you do have ocd, also seek support & info: www.Ocfoundation.Org. There is a medical procedure (tms) that is fda approved for treating depression that actually re-regulates the brain (like physical therapy). There are cases of tms being effective for ocd. There is hope!

OCD: Ocd is a form of anxiety that can be treated successfully. Consult a mental health professional who treats your condition and in the meantime confide in those close to you to see if you can uncover what fundamental factors drive you to obsess.
