Heel pain: Make sure the foot ware is not the reason for her to have pain in the heel bone. In india, vitamin-d deficiency is common. The pain could also be due to "plantar fasciitis". So, please contact your doctor to get a check up, and get the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Many possibilities: Differential diagnoses would include: plantar fasciitis, stress fracture, inflammatory arthritis (rheumatoid, reiters syndrome, hla-b27, gout), paget's disease, radiculopathy, etc. Examination, xrays, and lab work-up may be indicated.
