I strted my period on the exact same day i always do. it's kind of light and i'm having bad cramps. more than i usually do. culd i still be pregnant?

Maybe (not) . . .: Only way to find out is to take home pregnancy test, readily available at most grocery & drug stores w/o prescription. Just follow directions included in kit. If you don't engage in unprotected sex, it's near impossible to get pregnant. It's also unlikely for you to be pregnant & still have regular menses (not impossible, just unlikely). That's where testing helps out. Talk to doc re contraception.
