Mirena (levonorgestrel): Why did your Mirena (levonorgestrel) fall out? Clotting is not abnormal with bleeding. If the bleeding is, however, profuse and painful, you will need to see doc. Try to take Ibuprofen or naproxen. This should help the pain and reduce the severity of bleeding, hopefully.
