Sometimes: If your bladder was really irritated, or the infection extended up into your kidneys, having some blood still visible in your urine can happen. The big questions is whether other symptoms are improving - any fever, tired, pain, vomiting. If these things are still present and not getting better, then it would be time to contact your doctor again and see if therapy needs to be revised.
