Yes: As long as our cyst is filled with fluid (as opposed to solid masses) you can definitely chose not to have surgery. At that size, your cyst may resolve on its own. I recommend surgery for women whose pain from cyst interferes with their quality of life. When it interferes with your life it's often worth risks of surgery, otherwise, then no.At your age, likely filled with water. Hope gets better.
